How do I contact you?

Please respond to your order confirmation email with your question, or fill out this contact form here. We need your order number to help you fast and easy. Please do not DM us on social media or comment under posts, it is impossible to manage properly and we take your privacy seriously. If you cannot find your order confirmation email, please send your full name to info@artistcolette.com.

When do I need to check on my order?

We have not forgotten about you! There is no need to check in with us unless you suspect your package is lost or your order is incorrect. If you haven’t received a tracking number email, your order is still in line to be processed. This can be anywhere from 3-7 business days depending on how busy we are for standard orders. 

The Item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?

If the item is still live on our site, it will most likely be restocked in the future! On the product page, click "Notify When Available" to sign up to receive an email when the item is back in stock.

Keep an eye on our social medias, @artistcolette on Instagram and Tiktok. Especially our Instagram Stories, as that is usually where sneak peaks of new items get posted! You can also sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of our website to be the first to know about new drops!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! Please reach out to our customer service using our contact form here. There is a restocking fee of $5.00 USD for every order that is requested to be cancelled or refunded, not including preorders. This will be deducted from the total amount refunded. Another option is to opt for an exchange, which will waive the restocking fee.

What if I received the wrong item in my shipment?

Don’t worry! We’ll make it right. If you receive an incorrect item in your shipment, please email us using our contact form here as soon as possible.

Returns / Exchanges

Once an item has shipped, it is not eligible for immediate refund or exchange. The item must be returned before this can be processed. A $5 USD restocking fee for every ordered that is returned. This will be deducted from the total amount refunded. Another option is to opt for an exchange, while will waive the restocking fee.

We cannot offer free shipping on returns/exchanges. The customer is responsible for shipping returns/exchange items back.

We cannot offer returns and/or exchanges for functional collaboration pieces.

Sizing

Accessories will have dimensions and measurements in the description. You can also see the scale of our accessories on the model wearing it when available.

Your headband should bend to fit the shape of your head after a few uses. Our headbands are made with high quality acetate, a plant based bioplastic. This material is known to bend to its desired shape when exposed to heat. Please do not be alarmed if you notice the shape change over time, this should not compromise the structural integrity of the headband :)

 

90 Day Warranty on Hair Claws and Clips

This warranty covers your hair claws for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. During this time, we guarantee that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship.

What is Covered:
- Defective materials
- Faulty workmanship

What is Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Modifications or alterations to the product
- Loss or theft of the product

How to Claim Warranty:
1. Contact our customer service team at info@artistcolette.com within the 90-day warranty period.
2. Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).
3. Provide clear images of the defective product.

Resolution:
Upon validation of the warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the defective hair claws. If the exact product is not available, we may offer a similar item of equal value. 

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to our designated service center. We will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced product to you.

Limitation of Liability:
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product as outlined in this warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Important Note:
To ensure the longevity of your hair claws, please follow the care instructions provided with the product.

The Sample Sale boxes are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Enjoy a steep discount in exchange for slightly imperfect (yet fully functional) items. Examples of these imperfections include off-centered print, a different color variation, paint bubbles, or a missing element. There's also a chance you may receive a one of a kind one-off sample, or exclusive unreleased designs that didn’t make the cut! We encourage regifting or repurposing claws that you may not be fully in love with. Rest assured, all items are fully functional, and the imperfections are often barely noticeable.

We will not sell broken, unusable items!

How much does shipping cost?

All shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout!

FREE Worldwide Sticker Shipping

  • FREE if your order *only* contains stickers! Available for both USA and International orders. Stickers will be mailed via a standard envelope with no tracking and take 7-10 business days to arrive if not sooner. International orders may take up to 3-4 weeks.

USA Domestic Shipping,  3-7 business days

  • FREE shipping on orders $40+ and over
  • $5 flat rate shipping on orders under $40
  • Optional $25 express shipping available

International Worldwide Shipping, 3 to 4 weeks

  • FREE shipping on orders $75+ and over
  • Canada - $12 flat rate shipping for orders under $75
  • Everywhere else - $15 flat rate shipping for orders under $75

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email once your order has shipped that includes a tracking number. Be sure to check your spam folder.

Why has my shipping label been printed, but has not been scanned yet?

Kindly allow for 4-7 business days for the tracking number to reflect that your package is moving after being picked up by our postal carrier. For preorders this can sometimes take longer as we work through the stack of labels. Once your package is with USPS, we cannot control how fast it gets in their system.

How can I change my shipping address?

Tell us the correct address ASAP via responding to your order confirmation email with the correct address! Once your order ships it is beyond our control, and you will have to wait for it to bounce for us to resend it. 

Do I need to change my shipping address if I am moving?

We suggest to everyone moving or going on holiday to change their address to a family member, friend, or workplace’s address to ensure your package doesn’t bounce.

I think my package is lost, what do I do?

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to your local USPS post office. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery. You may also want to check with your neighbors or apartment office to see if they have it!

We always recommend you opt-in to Route Package Protection at checkout! This allows for a more seamless resolution of any issues with lost or damaged packages.

Will I be charged international duties and/or taxes?

Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method. Even if your international order qualifies for free shipping, you will still be charged customs duties and fees.
